Exercise physiologist and certified personal trainer Bob Greene interviewed Robin May 30 on the Oprah & Friends Radio Network.

Super Antioxidant Diet Hits
Central Market, Whole Foods

The overwhelming response to the Super Antioxidant Diet has prompted Central Market in North Texas and Whole Foods in Austin to host Robin for cooking demos, book signings and cooking classes.

"We will try not to run out of books this time," said Robin as she responded to the overwhelming turn-out June 27 at Book People in Austin. "We sold 60 books within half-hour. People couldn't stop talking about how happy they were that losing weight and getting healthy could taste so good."

"I never dreamed that the super antioxidant message would inspire so many people who had given up on getting healthly," said Robin.

"Reclaim Your Health"
Slated for MCC, WRS

The instense seven-week "Reclaim Your Health" course kicks off with free introductory lectures at WRS Athletic Club and McLennan Community College on August 11 and August 25, respectively.

Classes are taught from a holistic perspective and include interactive lectures, nutrition counseling, food demonstrations, a shopping trip, food diary monitoring and a blood analysis. Instructors are Robin Jeep, Dr. Richard Couey and Dr. Ian Ashley.

The WRS class includes a fitness consultation and club membership for the duration of the class. Check the class schedule or email Robin for more details.
